Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product outcomes.
Exceptional visual design craft with a portfolio showcasing modern, user-centered digital experiences.
Strong proficiency with Figma.
Demonstrated success designing responsive experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
Ability to translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive interfaces.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on consistency, accessibility, and usability.
Experience designing complex user experiences for healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries.
Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
Solid understanding of user research methodologies.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and engineering.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for medical benefits products and services.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and research partners to develop innovative solutions.
Utilize user research, usability testing, analytics, and member feedback to inform design decisions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate and validate concepts.
Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and design best practices.
Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders to build alignment.
Support and contribute to design systems, pattern libraries, and scalable design standards.
