Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Construction Management, Legal Studies, or Supply Chain.
- 10+ years in contracts and commercial management.
- Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements for large-scale capital projects in industries like Hyperscale Data Centers, Power Generation, or Energy.
- 7+ years of data center or mission-critical, fast-paced infrastructure project experience.
- Expertise in sourcing through contracting, cost management, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.
- Strong financial analysis and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of 'cradle to grave' contract administration, change management, and commercial risk.
- Ability to influence executives and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial negotiations across a diverse portfolio of complex agreements including EPC, BTM, and BESS.
- Negotiate and manage major EPC, engineering, construction, and contractor-furnished equipment agreements.
- Develop commercial strategies that balance project delivery, cost, schedule, and contractual risk.
- Provide executive leadership with commercial recommendations, negotiation strategies, and risk assessments.
- Establish contract management systems, governance procedures, and commercial controls with Supply Chain and Operations.
- Work with Legal to develop templates, negotiation plans, and commercial standards.
- Support multiple high-value complex agreements simultaneously.
