Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 1-year account management experience within the medical communications or related industry.
- Strong strategic and analytical background.
- PowerPoint design proficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourcefulness, independence, and strong professional self-confidence.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or business is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact while partnering with senior account leadership.
- Contribute to the development of annual strategic and tactical brand plans.
- Manage scoping, budgeting, and forecasting to monitor team efficiency and ensure project delivery within scope.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy, project briefs, and timelines.
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality prior to client delivery.
- Identify growth opportunities and potential new business ideas.
- Participate in and lead client meetings, status calls, and interactions with healthcare professionals.
