Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented, fully remote environment.

- Proven strong work ethic.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (company will cover costs).
- Availability for flexible scheduling (5-day, 8-hour or 4-day, 10-hour work week).
- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Responsibilities
- Take comprehensive care of customers by identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.
- Provide expert guidance on insurance product options to ensure optimal coverage.
- Solve complex problems to remove barriers between customers and insurance solutions.
- Process routine service requests including vehicle, driver, lienholder, and policy document updates.
- Contribute to product development by providing feedback based on customer interactions.
