- Ability to maintain a warm, fluid conversation while multitasking.
- Upbeat attitude and commitment to providing world-class customer service.
- Ability to work a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.
Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound customers who started their search in the app to build trust.
- Uncover policy nuances, discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options.
- Translate complex insurance details into clear, easy-to-understand choices for customers.
- Listen to customer concerns and resolve them with empathy and patience.
- Help customers finalize their ideal insurance policy directly on the spot.
