- Obtain a P&C license within 2 weeks after starting; the company pays 100% of the licensing cost.

- Manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
- Identify potential savings and coverage gaps, and explain policy details in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
- Build tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners.
- Finalize insurance coverage for customers.
- Address customer hesitation and concerns with empathy and transparency.
- Share direct customer feedback with the product team to refine the app and service offerings.
