Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls about auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
- Identify potential savings and coverage gaps for customers.
- Explain complex policy details as clear, understandable choices.
- Create tailored policy packages across the company's carrier partners.
- Finalize customer coverage.
- Address customer concerns and hesitation with empathy.
- Share customer feedback with the product team to help refine the app and services.
