Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and deploying products using LLMs like GPT.
- Deep expertise in designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for specific outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Expertise in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party platforms.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Familiarity with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies like Whisper, AWS Polly, or Google Speech-to-Text.
- Experience developing and deploying scalable AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy scalable AI products leveraging LLMs to support Yuno’s payment orchestration platform.
- Develop and optimize prompts to ensure high-quality outputs from LLMs for specific use cases like customer service and fraud prevention.
- Design, test, and iterate prompts to achieve optimal performance and refine outputs based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into existing payment systems and core services.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and experiment with emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
- Leverage payment and user interaction data to fine-tune AI models while ensuring data privacy and ethical compliance.
