Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in Kubernetes cluster design, capacity planning, and reliability at scale.
- Proficiency in Helm charts, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub CI).
- Experience managing PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Redis.
- Knowledge of message brokers including RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, and Temporal.
- Experience with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus, Mimir, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
- Practiced in AI-assisted development workflows using tools like Claude Code.
- Strong Linux fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work in EST timezone.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure (Kubernetes) ensuring cluster reliability, capacity planning, autoscaling, and incident response.
- Design and architect scalable, reliable infrastructure to support AI-driven analytics and data processing.
- Build and maintain Helm charts, Terraform, and multi-environment setups.
- Own monitoring and alerting across the stack using Prometheus, Mimir, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
- Administer and optimize storage layers including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Redis.
- Support message brokers including RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, and Temporal.
- Drive infrastructure security through secrets management, IAM, vulnerability scanning, and encryption.
- Own network design and configuration for VPCs, subnets, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
- Monitor and optimize cloud costs, right-sizing resources and reporting on spend efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
