Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
- Senior-level experience in software development and practical experience developing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
- Proven experience developing solutions with LLMs, RAG, and/or AI agents.
- Advanced proficiency in Python.
- Experience developing APIs, backend, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and evaluation of LLM-based solutions.
- Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, and/or AWS Bedrock.
- Proficiency with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, and PyTorch.
- Experience with Cloud, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, observability, and monitoring.
- Understanding of AI security including IAM, Secure by Design, prompt injection, and data protection.
- Technical English for reading documentation and using technological tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI and agentic solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Translate business requirements into technical Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Develop and integrate AI solutions with APIs, microservices, data sources, and enterprise systems.
- Design and optimize inference pipelines considering latency, costs, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in production deployment using strategies like Canary, A/B, Shadow Mode, and rollback.
- Implement logging, traceability, observability, and monitoring for AI solutions.
- Execute testing to evaluate the quality and performance of solutions before production.
- Implement guardrails and security controls to mitigate risks associated with AI, including IAM and data protection.
- Monitor metrics related to hallucinations, biases, fairness, and quality.
