Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement within food or CPG.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing procurement and sourcing teams.
- Strong commercial negotiation and supplier strategy background.
- Knowledge of cross-functional MRP processes and data-driven improvement.
- Proven experience in change management and building organizations in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of food safety, regulatory, and organic certification standards.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Must reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations teams.
- Build organizational capability through coaching and change management.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to align sourcing priorities with business growth and margin objectives.
- Own the sourcing and procurement performance agenda, including cost savings, inflation mitigation, and risk reduction.
- Develop multi-year category strategies aligned with sustainability goals and supply continuity.
- Review and approve major supplier agreements and strategic contracts.
- Develop and improve scalable procurement processes, governance frameworks, and MRP utilization.
