Job Details

7+ years of progressive recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent operations experience.
Experience in technology, cybersecurity, startup, or similarly fast-moving environments.
Demonstrated experience serving as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and senior business leaders.
Strong executive presence with ability to influence without authority and navigate challenging conversations.
Demonstrated judgment in navigating ambiguous, sensitive, or rapidly changing business situations.
Demonstrated AI fluency and regular use of generative AI within professional workflows.
Experience creating or implementing AI-enabled workflows, automations, agents, or other technology-driven improvements.
Strong analytical skills with ability to use data and market intelligence to inform strategy.
Experience with Ashby or similarly sophisticated recruiting analytics and automation platforms.
Ability to communicate concisely across different levels of seniority.

Execute full lifecycle recruiting activities and serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders.
Navigate strategic and operational conversations, adapting communication and recommendations to the audience.
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, talent platforms, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
Apply AI and automation to improve sourcing, research, recruiting operations, analytics, and team productivity.
Design, test, and deploy practical agentic workflows and automations to increase process scalability.
Support equitable, structured, and consistent hiring practices across the organization.
Maintain accurate recruiting data, workflows, documentation, and candidate records.
