Job Details

7 or more years of progressive payroll experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Experience processing payroll for multi-state and/or multinational organizations.
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
Experience managing payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, and year-end payroll activities.
Experience working with third-party international payroll providers.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
Demonstrated knowledge of payroll compliance, taxation, and wage/hour regulations.
Experience documenting and improving payroll processes and internal controls.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Global Payroll Management certification preferred.
Reliable, high-speed internet required.

Manage end-to-end payroll processes for domestic and international employees accurately and on schedule.
Partner with the Senior Director of Global HR Operations to support global payroll strategy and compliance.
Administer payroll systems, primarily ADP Workforce Now (WFN), and coordinate with international providers.
Conduct bi-weekly U.S. payroll audits to validate accuracy, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions.
Manage global time-off administration, including policies and statutory requirements.
Oversee payroll tax reporting, filings, and reconciliations.
Collaborate with Finance to reconcile general ledger accounts and support month-end/year-end close.
Lead payroll-related projects such as system implementations and process improvements.
Train, mentor, and develop payroll team members in a player/coach capacity.
