Job Details

Proven experience building and supporting complex software products from idea through production.
Strong track record in zero-to-one or early-stage product development in ambiguous environments.
Expertise in full-stack development, specifically with JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
Proficiency in back-end technologies comparable to Python and FastAPI.
Experience designing APIs and data models with relational databases such as Postgres.
Practical experience operating services in a cloud environment such as AWS.
Demonstrated ability to design, ship, and productionalize LLM-powered product features.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled development tools to ship software with high velocity.
Strong architectural judgment, balancing speed, security, reliability, and future scalability.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence product and business direction.

Lead a major initiative or product area from early discovery through production launch and sustained delivery.
Partner with clinical and operations leaders to translate complex care-decision workflows into reliable system logic.
Own architecture and hands-on development across web interfaces, APIs, data models, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
Build polished front-end experiences with Vue.js and TypeScript, and reliable back-end services with Python and FastAPI.
Design, prototype, and productionalize LLM-powered capabilities for high-stakes care decisions.
Develop evaluation, prompting, and guardrail patterns to ensure automated decisions are accurate, safe, and auditable.
Create reusable technical foundations and patterns to accelerate future initiatives.
