Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of complex commercial projects.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, task prioritization, and managing multiple parallel delivery streams.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining project charters, detailed WBS, and schedules (CPM, Gantt, MS Project).
- Skilled in applying appropriate SDLC frameworks and ensuring alignment across delivery stages.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication abilities.
- Experienced in resource management, including workload balancing and RACI matrix application.
- Proactive in risk management using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
- Ability to track key delivery metrics such as velocity, burn rate, and defect density.
- Advanced/Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of complex commercial projects from inception to delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while tailoring delivery processes.
- Plan project resources, manage team capacity, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain schedules, project timelines, and project charters.
- Perform project estimation, time tracking, and scope management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks using structured techniques.
- Monitor project status and report metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure project quality, deliverables validation, and customer satisfaction.
