Requirements
- Proven experience owning projects or technical delivery end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear, actionable scopes.
- Strong written communication skills for a remote, text-first environment.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple simultaneous initiatives.
- Ability to proactively identify missing information, dependencies, and risks.
- Experience coordinating work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working with third-party partners or vendors.
- Comfort providing direct feedback and maintaining scope, quality, and timeline discipline.
- Strong judgment on when to escalate, ask questions, or make decisions.
- Technical curiosity and sufficient understanding to work effectively with engineers and integration requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives spanning web, mobile, and integrations.
- Clarify specifications and documentation to ensure a smooth delivery flow.
- Coordinate activities between Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Manage technical integrations and communications with third-party partners.
- Identify dependencies, unanswered questions, risks, and scope changes proactively.
- Ensure release readiness across development, QA, support, and documentation teams.
- Improve the delivery process and feature development lifecycle.
- Provide status, risk, and tradeoff updates to leadership.
