Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing diverse agile IT projects.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Pivotal Tracker.
- Experience monitoring and improving delivery quality against software development best practices.
- Experience in presales activities, uncovering client needs, and crafting compelling offers.
- Ability to assist clients in choosing fitting business solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge to enable smooth communication with developers, designers, and QA specialists.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C2).
Responsibilities
- Manage project budget, scope, and timeline while reporting development progress to stakeholders.
- Work directly with external clients to build relationships, manage expectations, and provide a business-oriented approach.
- Coordinate the development of design and software solutions, taking ownership of project success.
- Motivate, support, and guide the project team.
- Create or facilitate the creation of user stories, MVPs, and lean documentation.
- Identify process improvements and proactively solve unpredictable project challenges.
