Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in technical and project task breakdown in Jira or Asana.
- Deep passion for and understanding of the iGaming, e-sports, and CS2 ecosystem (skins, P2P, casinos).
- Experience working in small, agile startup or software house environments.
- Proficiency in triage processes, including bug verification and replication.
- Ability to effectively utilize AI tools for prompt engineering and workflow automation.
- Strong assertiveness to manage and hold senior specialists accountable.
- Resilience to time pressure and ability to organize workflows in dynamic environments.
- High availability for flexible working hours, including weekends as needed for live production support.
- Proactive, clear communication style for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate processes across Dev, UI/UX, SEO, and Support departments to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage and maintain clean project backlogs in Jira/Asana.
- Conduct daily status meetings, planning sessions, and sprint retrospectives.
- Perform final QA and verify functionality on staging and production environments.
- Support Product Owner with user stories, acceptance criteria, and UX/UI prototyping using tools like Figma.
- Conduct user research and analyze competition to provide product recommendations.
- Manage incident responses, including debugging, rollback coordination, and post-incident reporting.
