Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience evaluating supplier performance, pricing, market trends, and sourcing opportunities.
- Proven success managing supplier relationships and supplier contracts.
- Experience supporting or leading sourcing events, bid processes, and supplier negotiations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline preferred.
- Professional procurement or supply chain certification preferred.
- Experience with supplier analytics, procurement reporting, and performance measurement.
- Experience with contract management and procurement technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of supplier agreements, including contract administration and ongoing supplier relationship management.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned suppliers and spend categories.
- Conduct market research, evaluate industry trends, and identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and business value.
- Lead and support competitive sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Analyze supplier proposals, pricing structures, commercial terms, and total cost of ownership.
- Support and lead supplier negotiations related to pricing, service levels, payment terms, delivery requirements, and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to support sourcing and contracting initiatives.
- Track sourcing initiatives, supplier performance metrics, contract compliance, and savings outcomes.
