Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience across Linux, Docker, networking, and major cloud environments.
- Expertise in enterprise security implementations including SSO and OAuth.
- Hands-on experience deploying production systems powered by LLMs or AI agents.
- Exceptional executive poise and the ability to navigate pushback from senior enterprise leaders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in zero-to-one, time-bounded engagements.
- Strong technical credibility to consult with senior customer engineering teams.
- Ability to travel to customer sites for workshops and prototyping (up to 50%).
Responsibilities
- Lead executive engagements with VP and C-level stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into business impact.
- Own end-to-end technical rollouts into customer VPCs, on-prem Docker hosts, and firewalled networks.
- Resolve critical integration blockers including SSO, enterprise OAuth, and egress policies.
- Engineer data connectivity and context layers to ensure AI agent usability and reliability.
- Identify adjacent use cases to turn initial pilots into account expansion and demonstrable ROI.
- Represent SnapLogic's point of view in competitive briefings and create repeatable GTM playbooks.
- Partner with core engineering to integrate field realities and customer needs into the product roadmap.
