Job Details

12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Systems
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and integration projects
Experience with AI/GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, NLP, semantic search)
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Solid understanding of data architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
Experience with ServiceNow (CSM/FSM) platforms preferred
Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks preferred
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems preferred
Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LLM-as-a-judge) preferred
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and observability tools preferred
Domain experience in Field Service, Customer Support, or Operations preferred

Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL)
Architect Field Service workflows including work orders, scheduling, dispatch, technician enablement, and asset management
Lead integration of Salesforce with AI/GenAI platforms using LLMs, RAG, NLP, and semantic search
Build scalable integrations using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and event-driven architectures
Define and implement AI guardrails, governance, and responsible AI practices
Work on agentic workflows, MCP protocols, and tool orchestration frameworks
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams for solution delivery
Conduct customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution demos
Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and reliability
