Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering technology solutions, including Agentforce or generative AI-driven platforms.
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring delivery team members such as architects, developers, and consultants.
- Demonstrated ability to balance billable client delivery work with team leadership responsibilities.
- Experience giving performance feedback and holding career development conversations.
- Experience participating in technical hiring, including conducting interviews.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and management discussions.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.
- Experience designing or facilitating enablement content (nice to have).
- Relevant architect-level certifications (nice to have).
- Experience forecasting and managing staffing for a technical team (nice to have).
- Understanding of enterprise AI integrations, RAG architecture, and fine-tuning strategies (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on client project work as an individual contributor, staying current with Agentforce and Salesforce delivery practices.
- Lead and own complete project technical solution design, including agentic topics, instructions, actions, deployment methods, and data structures.
- Explore the limits of automated agents to drive business outcomes.
- Manage a team of Experience Architects, Technical Architects, Consultants, and Developers.
- Provide mentorship, career guidance, and performance feedback.
- Own forecasting and staffing input for the team.
- Coordinate and lead solution design reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
- Author enablement content and facilitate workshops or office hours.
- Support hiring by conducting interviews and updating interview materials.
