Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Support existing policyholders with changes to their coverage or account.
- Educate customers on insurance options by leveraging a large panel of insurance providers.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage.
- Process service requests including vehicle, driver, and lienholder information updates.
- Provide product feedback to help the team improve the app and customer experience.
