Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on business development or growth experience in healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare marketing.
- Experience targeting pharmaceutical brands, patient support teams, or healthcare/pharma agencies.
- Proven ability to execute outreach campaigns and generate meetings or opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and prospecting databases.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance speed and output quality.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to learn new platforms independently.
- Strong data organization skills.
Responsibilities
- Research pharmaceutical companies, brands, therapeutic areas, agencies, and potential partners.
- Identify decision-makers and build and maintain targeted prospect and account lists.
- Build and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Maintain prospect, opportunity, and activity information in the CRM.
- Help customize presentations and prepare materials for client conversations.
- Use AI extensively to accelerate prospect research, account intelligence, and content development.
- Execute campaigns around Wisdo research, client results, white papers, webinars, and thought leadership.
