Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-4 years of client or customer management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel moderately (up to 30%) for events and meetings.
- Flexibility for nonstandard work hours (up to 30%) to meet deadlines.
- Healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
- Previous agency experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and self-starter skills.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of industry legal compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between the client and project teams to ensure strategic objectives are met.
- Partner with the Project Management Team to oversee large project teams and manage multiple accounts.
- Develop and manage project creative briefs, client scope statements, and meeting materials.
- Monitor project scope, risks, and results against client expectations, escalating issues as necessary.
- Provide final approval on project deliverables to ensure quality and strategic alignment.
- Support organic growth for the account by identifying opportunities and understanding client needs.
- Provide on-site leadership at programs such as speaker training, advisory boards, and dinner events.
- Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions and annual strategic planning.
