Job Details

3–5+ years of experience writing marketing copy with focus on email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating copy impact on marketing metrics.
Expertise in writing short-form copy including subject lines, preheaders, CTAs, and body text.
Experience writing for consumer technology, SaaS, apps, or connected-device brands.
Experience building out the full customer funnel: lead capture, welcome series, activation, and win-back programs.
Proficiency in Figma for design review and collaboration.
Ability to manage a high-volume marketing calendar and handle complex segmentation strategies.
High attention to detail regarding proofing, personalization tokens, and brand consistency.
Ability to present and defend creative choices to clients.
Working knowledge of enterprise ESPs such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or Customer.io.

Write email and SMS copy for campaigns, flows, and automations from lead capture through activation and loyalty.
Develop and manage the client marketing calendar, sequencing campaigns and identifying capacity risks.
Write creative briefs and provide direction to the design team regarding layout, hierarchy, and imagery.
Review and approve designs in Figma, providing actionable feedback.
Maintain brand voice and copy guidelines across multi-version segmentation strategies.
Partner with the CRM Specialist to align copy, segmentation logic, and dynamic content.
Proof all sends, including copy, links, personalization, and rendering.
Review performance data with the Associate Director to iterate on future copy tests.
