Job Details

3–5+ years of experience writing marketing copy with a focus on email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful copy that moved performance metrics.
Proven experience writing clear, non-jargon copy for consumer technology, SaaS, or apps.
Experience managing the full funnel, including lead capture, onboarding, and win-back sequences.
Demonstrated ability to write distinct copy for varied audience segments.
Experience directing design teams, writing creative briefs, and providing feedback on layout and hierarchy.
Fluent in Figma for design review and asset approval.
Strong organizational skills to own a high-volume marketing calendar and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on proofing, link integrity, and brand consistency.
Comfortable presenting and defending creative work to clients.
Familiarity with enterprise ESPs like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable is a plus.

Write email and SMS copy for campaigns, flows, and automations across the customer journey.
Develop and maintain the marketing calendar, sequencing campaigns and flagging capacity risks.
Write creative briefs for the design team and provide actionable direction on assets.
Review and approve designs in Figma to ensure they align with copy and strategy.
Maintain consistent brand voice and copy guidelines as output and segmentation scale.
Partner with the CRM Specialist to ensure copy, segmentation, and dynamic content alignment.
Proof all communications including copy, links, personalization, and rendering.
Analyze performance data with the Associate Director to iterate on future copy tests.
