Responsibilities
- Connect by phone with customers who started their search in the app and build trust through active engagement.
- Explain policy details, discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options.
- Help customers find protection that fits their budget.
- Listen to customer concerns and resolve hesitations with patience.
- Guide customers through completing their policy purchase.
