Requirements
- Proven experience in workforce management, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in WFM software and tools (Verint experience preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Ability to present complex data to executive leadership and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise data and identify trends.
- Experience in scenario planning, resource modelling, and strategic capacity planning (preferred).
- Familiarity with Looker and basic knowledge of BigQuery (preferred).
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable executive-level reports and presentations on WFM performance, trends, and resource requirements.
- Analyse large datasets using Google Sheets and Looker to identify patterns and communicate insights.
- Create and review shift offerings to support business growth and flexible working.
- Demonstrate the operational impact of supply and demand on shift patterns across all domains.
- Collaborate with forecasting, People, Operations, and WFM data teams to improve schedule quality and reduce errors.
- Ensure holiday utilisation remains within budget and at expected quarterly levels.
- Deep-dive into schedule issues to reduce manual amendments and increase schedule automation.
- Manage mappings, service goals, and overall Verint backend configuration.
