Requirements
- Proven experience in workforce management, ideally within a high-growth technology or operations environment.
- Expertise in WFM software tools, with Verint experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Experience synthesizing complex data to identify trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to present data to executive leadership and influence decision-making.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bonus: Experience with Looker, basic knowledge of BigQuery, or familiarity with scenario planning and capacity modeling.
- 15 month fixed-term contract commitment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on WFM performance, trends, and resource requirements.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends using Google Sheets and Looker.
- Create and review shift offerings to support business growth and flexible working.
- Demonstrate the operational impact of supply and demand on shift patterns.
- Collaborate with Forecasting, People, Operations, and L&D teams to improve schedule quality and reduce errors.
- Manage Verint backend configuration, mappings, and service goals.
- Ensure holiday utilization remains within budget and at expected quarterly levels.
