Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, nursing, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in clinical operations, feasibility, vendor management, or clinical trial start-up.
- Proven vendor-facing experience within clinical trials.
- Strong understanding of clinical protocols, clinical research processes, start-up workflows, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Experience working with site networks, sponsors, and CROs.
- Proven leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and sell value to vendors, sponsors, and investigators.
- Proficiency with feasibility, CTMS, clinical portals, and project tracking tools.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 20% nationally.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to Feasibility Managers and Vendor Acquisition Managers.
- Promote professional development within the team, including training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments of study protocols using internal databases and dashboards.
- Manage key vendor performance activities and contribute to the delivery of vendor performance management frameworks.
- Translate feasibility findings into actionable recommendations that guide strategic planning and vendor selection.
- Partner with Business Development, SSU, Finance, and Operations to align strategies with organizational objectives.
