Requirements
- Fluent in German (required for DACH region partners).
- Proficiency in English.
- Professional experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
- Understanding of commission models (CPA, CPS, CPC, CPL) and key metrics (EPC, rejection rates).
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to price deals independently.
- Experience using AI tools to manage reporting, communications, and media kits.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and self-driven work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Run the partnership inbox and respond to network and partner queries regarding offers, commissions, tracking, and traffic quality.
- Build and maintain a media kit to sell and book advertising slots on the website and weekly newsletter.
- Negotiate improved commercial terms with existing partners, including CPA/CPS rates and exclusive offers, especially for high-traffic periods like Q4.
- Acquire new shops, brands, and fintech partners through affiliate networks and direct outreach.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics such as clicks, conversion, EPC, and rejection rates to optimize ROI.
- Report weekly on placement revenue, sales pipeline, and partner performance.
