Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Passion for taking initiative and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain diplomatic and composed under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
- Strong bias for action and ability to think big.
- Experience serving and supporting large-scale solutions for Public Sector organizations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the Samsara IoT platform.
- Compose joint success plans outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines while removing barriers to achieving business value.
- Orchestrate executive business reviews between customer decision-makers and executive leadership.
- Conduct workshops to analyze current customer operations and recommend workflow changes.
- Explain platform capabilities to customers across diverse sectors including field services, utilities, and transportation.
- Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
- Champion and model Samsara’s cultural principles.
