Requirements
- Proven experience as an analyst within a mobile product squad.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of analysts while maintaining hands-on individual work.
- Deep expertise in experimentation, including A/B testing, bandits, and quasi-experiments.
- Proficiency in distinguishing between Bayesian and frequentist statistical approaches.
- Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
- Expertise in using dbt for data transformation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a data quality regime.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings and process improvements to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts embedded in product squads to measure impact and guide development.
- Act as the hands-on analyst for Monetization, managing tracking, conversion funnels, and reporting.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards across testing, transformation, and reporting layers.
- Shift data quality ownership upstream to product and engineering teams.
- Manage the end-to-end flow from raw event data to curated datasets in the BI tool.
- Provide strategic analytical guidance to Product Managers and Engineering Managers.
