Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Science, Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in data analysis or data science.
- Proficiency in data cleaning, exploratory analysis, visualization, and modeling using Python, pandas, matplotlib, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Didactic experience in teaching technical or professional content to non-technical target groups.
- Understanding of didactic concepts in adult education and online training.
- Strong customer and service orientation, empathy, and clear communication skills.
- Constructive feedback culture, hands-on mentality, and team spirit.
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level minimum).
Responsibilities
- Answer learner questions via written and verbal channels.
- Develop and improve training materials for data analysis and data science.
- Conduct live sessions, webinars, and individual learning support.
- Support learners with exercises and projects.
- Evaluate learning progress and conduct final examinations.
- Ensure quality of training through structured feedback.
- Perform individual coaching sessions and support onboarding new team members.
