Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP, JSON, and Web Services.
- Experience with Integration Hub, MID Server management, and relational data modeling on the ServiceNow platform.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, ITIL processes, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Active pursuit or completion of Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or ArchX credentials is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or custom Scoped Applications).
- Build scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Collaborate with Certified Technical Architects (CTAs) and Enterprise Architects to ensure platform solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) principles.
- Configure Service Portals, Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog items.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, system upgrades, and platform performance optimization.
- Drive automated testing (ATF) and CI/CD deployment workflows to maintain application stability.
