Requirements
- Proven commercial experience as a Product Owner working in a Scrum team
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Proven, structured approach to end-to-end backlog management
- Experience translating business and customer needs into actionable requirements, epics, and user stories
- Good understanding of software development processes
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and understanding of their role in digital products
- Ability to understand and discuss technical constraints
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working with ambiguity, changing requirements, and shifting priorities
- Strong ownership mindset
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on the highest-value initiatives
- Translate business and customer needs into clear epics, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Define and communicate product vision and roadmap, balancing business value, customer needs, technical constraints, and delivery capacity
- Gather, structure, and validate requirements with customers and internal stakeholders
- Co-design platform functionalities across APIs, UIs, integrations, and communication flows
- Make informed decisions about scope, priorities, and trade-offs between delivery speed, product value, and technical debt
- Act as the key link between business and customer stakeholders and the engineering team
- Lead and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
