Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, business-systems analyst, or a hybrid role.
- Ability to synthesize chaotic or conflicting expectations into a coherent solution.
- Deep understanding of business processes and their dependencies.
- System thinking skills focused on data, entities, relationships, and flows.
- Proficiency in modeling and presenting complex issues via diagrams.
- Experience creating INVEST-compliant user stories and Gherkin-style acceptance criteria.
- Skill in leading workshops and moderating stakeholder discussions.
- Assertiveness and resilience, with the ability to question assumptions and provide reasoned justifications.
- Demonstrated autonomy, decisiveness, and follow-through.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Strong collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and organize requirements from various business units.
- Build a coherent product vision and translate it into priorities and a backlog.
- Identify conflicting requirements and guide stakeholders to a common decision.
- Organize and lead workshops to clarify and expand upon requirements.
- Map business processes, workflows, entities, and system states.
- Create diagrams, flow mockups, and common terminology dictionaries for business and technical teams.
- Write concise user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize tasks considering business value, dependencies, costs, and technical feasibility.
- Actively participate in refinements, planning, and functional validation.
- Ensure solution compliance with business processes and data models.
