Requirements
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management.
- C1 proficiency in both English and Polish.
- Knowledge of SDLC.
- Experience working with tech teams (developers, designers).
- Practical knowledge of using AI in projects.
- Ability to conduct workshops and run meetings with business clients.
- Proficiency in turning ideas into visuals like flows and diagrams.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions.
- Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Attend project meetings with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Gather and manage requirements from clients.
- Maintain the product roadmap and process transparency.
- Lead tech teams consisting of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers.
- Describe business processes and extract requirements from clients.
- Create visual aids like flows and diagrams to support client discussions.
