Requirements
- 7+ years of combined experience in management consulting, Business Operations and Strategy, financial analysis, demand planning, or strategic planning.
- Experience within high-growth or mid-sized companies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Intermediate analytical modeling skills (Google Sheets and Excel).
- Proficiency leveraging SQL to write queries independently.
- Demonstrated ability to convert goals into operational plans across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with performance measurement and system/mechanism design.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong executive presence with experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead impactful, complex, and strategic cross-functional projects that drive Rula's continued growth.
- Operate at all stages of an initiative, moving fluidly through the full lifecycle of business-critical projects.
- Decompose complex problems and set mental models to guide project execution.
- Make strategic recommendations based on self-served data analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners and execute projects independently.
- Convert goals into operational plans, including performance measurement and system design.
