Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales or outreach experience, preferably in the veterinary industry.
- Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build new relationships within the veterinary industry.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with G Suite (Google Drive, Gmail, Calendars, Sheets).
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to learn proprietary company software.
- Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Travel to veterinary conferences and clinics across the United States (75% travel).
- Educate veterinary practices and team members on Lap of Love's in-home end-of-life care services.
- Visit at least 3 Lap of Love markets per month and provide educational materials.
- Strengthen relationships with veterinary professionals through in-person and remote communication.
- Attend national conferences, speaking engagements, and events to promote company services.
- Track and report results from visits, events, and meetings to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
