Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in provider relations, provider services, healthcare operations, or network management.
- Working knowledge of provider enrollment, credentialing, provider data, and contracting processes.
- Strong relationship-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate issues across multiple operational departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and track open items through resolution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with workflow, CRM, or ticketing systems.
- Experience working with provider organizations, hospitals, or medical groups is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary Provider Services point of contact for assigned CCEs.
- Conduct regular outreach to identify provider concerns and operational issues.
- Support provider nominations, referrals, and the affiliation/onboarding process.
- Facilitate communication between CCEs and internal operational teams.
- Educate providers and stakeholders regarding WTCHP processes and policies.
- Research and resolve escalated provider issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and activities in tracking systems.
- Support reporting related to CCE engagement and network access.
