Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Google Business Profiles and basic SEO.
- Experience managing projects and reporting on marketing performance.
- Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
- Stable high-speed internet connection (25 MBPS or higher) with backup.
- Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, Core i5/Ryzen 3/equivalent, and modern OS.
- Noise-cancelling headset and 720p webcam.
- Designated, quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
- Design visuals and videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Plan and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage email and SMS campaigns via Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Instantly.
- Assist with Google Business Profile optimization and SEO implementation using Ahrefs and Surfer SEO.
- Update and maintain website content on WordPress or WebFlow.
- Track marketing performance metrics and generate reports.
- Manage workflows and team communications using HubSpot, Aloware, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
