Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media assets, or presentation materials.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work securely through a virtual private network (VPN).
- Proficiency with Google Drive and Canva.
- Experience with a video editor such as CapCut, Descript, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience publishing through YouTube Studio and major social platforms.
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp.
- Ability to work independently and meet recurring deadlines.
- Commitment to a 40-hour work week.
- Ability to work in U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday.
- Distraction-free home office with a computer meeting 16GB RAM and i7 operating system specifications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 MBPS).
Responsibilities
- Edit still images and prepare them for publication across approved social media platforms.
- Manage the video workflow from downloading raw files to final editing.
- Produce polished short-form and long-form videos with cuts, audio adjustments, captions, and branded graphics.
- Publish videos to YouTube with appropriate metadata, thumbnails, and scheduling.
- Create professional branded video thumbnails.
- Format, schedule, and publish social media content consistently.
- Prepare and execute Mailchimp email campaigns.
- Review all work for brand consistency, spelling, and technical quality.
