Requirements
- Strong English writing and communication skills (written and spoken).
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing.
- Comfortable working with digital marketing tools, CRMs, and design platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently.
- High-Speed Internet access.
- Desktop Computer (Intel Core i5 or above preferred).
- Two Monitor Screens (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and produce Sale Pending and Just Sold marketing pieces.
- Create social media graphics and content for sale announcements.
- Post and schedule marketing content across platforms.
- Maintain organized records and files for each property.
- Communicate with internal team members to ensure timely delivery of materials.
