Requirements
- 1 to 2 years in B2B lead generation, SDR or outbound prospecting
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Evidence of hitting lead or meeting targets
- Strong written English for cold outreach
- Experience with Apollo, Lemlist or similar outreach tools (nice to have)
- Experience prospecting into UK markets (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted prospect lists
- Run outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Qualify leads against agreed criteria before handover to sales
- Keep CRM records accurate and complete
- Report weekly on activity, reply rates and qualified leads
