Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design at fast-moving companies.
- Experience as a product design generalist comfortable shifting between research, UI design, and systems thinking.
- Interest in emerging design tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong project management skills and a track record of driving projects to completion.
- Excellent design foundations (hierarchy, layout, typography, interaction design).
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to break down complex problems into clear, iterative milestones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience at B2B companies (Preferred).
- Experience designing for physical real-world processes (Bonus).
- Familiarity with frontend code and component systems (Bonus).
Responsibilities
- Hunt for data and customer opportunities by leveraging custom internal data tools and conducting user testing.
- Make product decisions by balancing intuition, data, and research to determine product scope and shipping goals.
- Design product solutions using tools like Figma, Cursor, or Claude to iterate on concepts and finalize polish.
- Partner with engineering pods to deliver value through close collaboration and effective cross-functional communication.
- Build and evolve the design system to ensure reusable patterns and consistent product quality.
- Bridge digital and physical customer experiences by designing solutions that account for real-world operational implications.
- Evolve design workflows by integrating AI and LLM-assisted tools to automate repetitive tasks.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders throughout the design process.
