Requirements

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact to guide couples through resort, package, and venue selection.
- Consultatively suggest wedding resorts based on client style and budget.
- Manage client communications regarding itineraries, rates, and reservations professionally and promptly.
- Retain and nurture clients through diligent follow-up and high-quality service.
- Utilize CRM software to effectively manage sales leads.
- Perform administrative tasks associated with booking and client management.
