Requirements
- Fluent English (C1+), with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Experience working with a CRM system or similar sales/customer management tools.
- Experience selling high-value, bespoke, or customisable products is a strong advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and a customer-first mindset.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills.
- A fast and efficient working style.
- A results-oriented mindset and the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound phone and online enquiries into successful sales — no cold outreach.
- Understand customer needs, provide expert guidance, and recommend the most suitable product solutions.
- Support customers throughout the post-order process, ensuring a smooth experience through to successful delivery.
- Work closely with architects and our factory team to coordinate the production and delivery of bespoke products.
- Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and continuously improve our sales processes and practices.
- Help us continuously raise the quality of our customer experience and support.
