Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in call center appointment setting, outbound sales, or similar high volume phone roles
- Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on outbound calls
- Strong phone presence with clear professional communication
- Detail oriented and process driven mindset
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Ability to provide CV in English
Responsibilities
- Make high volume outbound calls daily throughout a full eight hour shift
- Verify and confirm contact information for approximately 200 companies per week
- Update and maintain accurate records inside internal systems and CRM platforms
- Follow structured scripts and verification workflows
- Ensure all contact data is validated before cases move to the Engagement team
- Maintain speed accuracy and consistency in repetitive task execution
